Frosty Coldness

Some random pics of my daily trip to work on the bus & the uber frost that has been there every morning this week. The weather has gone from constant rain to perfectly blue skies & chilly mornings, the highs get up to about 5 degrees & gets down to -5 degrees.

Today I went to pick up my pay cheque for my House of Horror work, Duane tagged along and we stopped at IHOP for lunch.

Another big spider that I found crawling along the floor, its leg span was about 10cm.

Raccoon-a-paloza

Today I went to Stanley Park, which is located at the west end of downtown Vancouver. I finally saw some raccoons (one of them bit my knee to say hi) and took lots of pictures and some video. I also took pictures of lots of other animals and things around the park.

But first...

Our pet northern black widow spider in our bathroom, it's either a male or an immature female. And yes it is poisonous but it doesn't bother us, so don't bother it, plus it kills the slaters/woodlice that live in the bathroom.

Here are a few random pictures of recent stuff. The puppets are for random video's that Duane & I are going to make, that may or may not involve Monkeys and/or Squirrels. They will be ultimately meaningless random stupidity and I will post them on YouTube as well as this blog.

Spiders & Fireworks

A random spider that I found in the bathroom, I looked online to try to identify it and I don't think it's poisonous. But it would probably still give you a bite if you piss it off. Click on the picture to bring up the full size version, it's quite detailed.
